ECONET Wireless, the country’s largest mobile operator, was last Thursday crowned the best performing company on the local bourse in this year’s edition of The Financial Gazette’s Top Companies Survey.
A panel of judges and analysts, independent of both The Financial Gazette, and the sponsor, Old Mutual, comes up with the criteria and categories for the winners.
Beverages maker Delta Corporation was the first runner-up, while retail group OK Zimbabwe was crowned second runner-up.
