Bureaux de change get forex from RBZ

THE Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) says it has started selling foreign currency to registered bureaux de change to allow small businesses and individuals access to exchange.
The bank has been running weekly currency auctions for close to 10 months now, but these have a minimum bid threshold and other requirements that disqualify the majority of small businesses and individuals.
