AFRICAN Risk Capacity (ARC) Limited (Ltd) recently held a retreat in Victoria Falls, which brought together member states from across the continent and global partners. The Financial Gazette’s Senior Staff Writer, Farai Mabeza (FM) caught up with the ARC’s chief executive, Lesley Ndlovu (LN), soon after the retreat to learn more about ARC and its activities. Ndlovu, a Zimbabwean, leads ARC Limited from its headquarters in Johannesburg, South Africa.
