Government warms up to business demands

THE Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC) says the government is warming up to its recommendations from its recently launched Inaugural State of Industry and Commerce Survey for 2021, aimed at improving the business operating environment.
The survey report, conducted in partnership with The Financial Gazette and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation and released last December, was carried out to provide a conceptual review of the entire economy with a view to offer evidence-based lobbying and advocacy.

“As ZNCC, we are strongly confident that the solutions that emanated from the 2021 survey will be implemented by our policymakers.
