GREEN Building Council of Zimbabwe (GBCZw) says incorporating environmentally sustainable practices in real estate development can act as a catalyst for greening the rest of the economy.

GBCZw chairperson Mike Juru made these remarks during a green building and climate action conference organised in partnership with the Environment, Climate and Tourism ministry and supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) this week.
