ZIMBABWE’S bank customer satisfaction surged to 70 percent in 2022 from 63,7 percent in 2021, mainly pushed by the adoption of technology, a survey report has revealed.
The Zimbabwe Customer Satisfaction Index (ZimCSI) carried out by the Chartered Institute of Customer Management, provides insights into the state of customer satisfaction in Zimbabwe and is based on modelling of customer evaluations of the quality of goods and services purchased in the country, produced by both domestic and foreign firms with substantial market shares.
