FINANCIAL services group, ZB Financial Holdings (ZB), is targeting high-value customers through its latest innovative product —Premium Service Centre — as the group moves to conclude its transformation journey this year.
Premium service targets high net worth customers and people who make an impact at a national and global economic scale through the “My ZB” platform, which is also meant to enhance service delivery.

Speaking at the launch event, ZB group chief executive Shepherd Fungura said the premium service centre was the group’s latest offering in the bouquet meant to cater for high value, high net worth clients. “The premium service concept is part of the implementation of the ZB strategies that are meant to drive an ecosystem based on value creation, wealth creation, maintenance, and preservation for our mutual stakeholders.”
Speaking at the same event, ZB board chairperson Pamela Chiromo said the premium service centre was yet another innovation to enhance service delivery to top-end clients of the bank.
“This is a business networking platform with personalised benefits designed to cater to high-value relationships and it is a service that we offer in person through the 21 Natal (Road) service centre (in Harare), and through virtual and digital channels.
“We are offering this service by invitation and through recommendation by existing members,” Chiromo said.
“In fact, our premium services enable you to log in once using a One ZB ID from which you can access all our services through the physical, virtual, and digital channels without any friction.
“You can even start transactions in the service centre, continue on the call centre and complete the same transaction on the mobile app seamlessly.”
Apart from efficient service delivery, Chiromo added that the Premium Service Centre was a tool for networking.
“This premium service will give the visionaries a platform to network and co-create value. Our criterion does not require you to have a bank account with us, but this initiative is for people that require a uniquely defined one-customer journey that puts them in the ecosystem of very powerful power brokers and economic dial shifters that want to create value,” she said.
