Zimbabwe’s horticulture eyes US$21 million deals

TRADE promotion body ZimTrade says interest in horticulture production is rising as local companies that participated at the recent Fruit Logistica Expo in Germany are working on deals that could be worth up to US$21 million.
In a recent note, ZimTrade tipped horticultural exports from Zimbabwe to grow this year, owing to heightened interest among producers to venture into the export business as well as rising interest from buyers to source from local producers.
