‘We need to retain our professionals’

THE Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB) says Zimbabwe should do more to keep its professional public accountants for the sake of the country’s economic objectives.

This comes as the country has been running a public sector professionalisation programme in partnership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe and the International Federation of Accountants, which commenced in 2019.
