GB chemical division poised for growth

GENERAL Beltings (GB) says it will keep strengthening its market position in the productive sectors of the economy through expedited order conversion and prompt client delivery.

Established in 1960, the firm manufactures and distributes conveyor belts, rubber hoses, and accessories. The company also offers services such as installation, splicing, and maintenance of conveyor belts.
For the first six months of 2023, the GB’s strategic pursuit to deliver a commensurate value proposition to its customers was on course as it enhanced its in-process efficiency and compliance with the statutory requirements.
“In addition, the planned plant maintenance was on course and refurbishment of a belt press was completed awaiting commissioning,” chairman Godfrey Nhemachena said in a statement accompanying the half year results.
