A GOROMONZI white commercial farmer evicted from his estate over a week ago has mounted a fresh bid to get his land back.
Martin Grobler has argued that he was forced out of the farm despite the fact that the matter was still pending before the Supreme Court.
His eviction came six weeks after government announced a historic deal in which it undertook to compensate farmers whose land was expropriated during the late former president Robert Mugabe’s chaotic land reform programme in 2000.
