GOLD producer Caledonia Mining Corporation (Caledonia) says it expects to fulfil the conditions of its acquisition of Bilboes Gold, the owner of the Bilboes gold project in Zimbabwe, paving way for the commercialisation of the venture.
This was revealed in the company’s outlook as it announced operating and financial results for the quarter and the nine months ended September 30, 2022.
“(We expect to) satisfy the conditions to enable the completion of the acquisition of Bilboes and, thereafter, prepare a feasibility study to identify the most judicious way to commercialise the project with regard to the availability of funding on acceptable terms,” Caledonia said in a statement accompanying the financials.
